The staff is wonderful! Everyone is helpful & friendly. Kim was my wrist therapist. She really helped me over a period of weeks with exercises (at the center & home) to get my left wrist back to where it should be. She was honest about what I should be able to do & what not to do too soon. I was well prepared for my right wrist surgery. I always liked their departing ‘Have a greatER day’!

The staff here is incredibly professional and dedicated to my individual recovery plan. I kept the same trainer (Bethany) the entire course of my recovery, and she was very attentive to understanding my physical challenges; her guidance has been significant in maintaining my day-to-day recovery. I highly recommend this facility for their scheduling flexibility, location, and personal attention to detail.

Kim Klemm, my hand therapist, was so patient with me as she taught me how to strengthen and protect my arthritic thumbs. The clinic is well run with a staff that is friendly and hard working.

What a PT Team at 2309 Virginia, Suite 400 in McKinney! Who knew PT could be therapeutic and fun at the same time? Great team. Great care. I give them 5 stars and heaps of Praises! Thank you!

I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone needing rehabilitation. Andrew was my primary therapist and he, as well as the other staff, were very patient with me and when my six weeks were up I had made great improvement in my overall knee and hip strength.

After a complete repair of my Achilles, I was sent for PT at Greater Therapy. Bethany and the entire team were top notch, working with my work schedule and being available when I needed to make changes to my appointments. The PT was top notch, always pushing just enough to make sure I was stretching and getting the muscles and Achilles back in shape, but never turning the sessions into torture. If you're in the area, I highly recommend this professional team.

I would like to thank the professional staff that attended to me, through the physical therapy on my ankle fusion recovery. Every morning of therapy, I was immediately met with a smile, and asked how I was doing. The staff was very courteous, and truly cared about my well being. The staff here is very friendly and have lots of expertise. I love Andrew he is so caring and understanding of my physical conditions and is willing to work with me on any issues I have. Kim the receptionist is so profressional and a very kind person, so outgoing! I love all the staff here I only named a few people. I will continue to use Greater Therapy for all my PT needs! I have been to Greater Therapy for 3 different issues over the past couple of years (if they have a frequent flyer program, I would qualify), and I've seen 2 therapists there. Bethany and Kim are AWESOME therapists, and have been great to work with. The entire staff of therapists, office staff and techs are knowledgable and friendly. I hope I'm out of the market for PT/OT for awhile, but if I need it again, I will definitely go back to Greater Therapy!

MedPro seems to really care about its patients, I've been going there for roughly 5 years now I seem to have recovered well.

I have had a wonderful experience with the treatment center! My nephew had an addiction and MedPro got him off it. If you are addicted to opiates and you want to get your life right it's a great place to go! All the counselors and nurses are very helpful and very sweet! I recommend MedPro to anybody that needs it!

I’ve been going here about 4 days now, so far so good. The staff is pretty courteous and seemingly to care for their patients. There is one long hair nurse there, not sure of her name, but she is amazing&sweet and very chipper. No matter what mood you’re in she can put a smile on your face. I would recommend this place and if you’re reading this at this point you have nothing to lose I’m sure.

**Update** Wow! Do not judge a book by its cover! The lady I spoke to on the phone that I said was rude, is truly not rude at all!! The staff here are sooo nice and beyond helpful!! The clinic is super clean and the process is done with dignity and tact. I went in last Thursday so frightened of being judged for my mistakes but honestly, the exact opposite happened. Everyone treated me with respect, and walked me through the process step-by-step. I really believe I made the right choice for myself by coming here. I know this is just a tool in my recovery, but I truly believe coming here everyday is saving my life! Every morning when I walk through that door, is another morning I didn't call the dope man to buy heroin. MedPro has provided me with counseling every week, which is such a blessing. I can't say this will work for everyone but it's truly working miracles for me and my family. If you are finding yourself struggling with opiate addiction and you've tried everything in your power to quit but are not having any positive results... I highly recommend calling MedPro to set-up an appointment! They will help you rebuild your life!! Thursday will be my first day there. Honestly, I'm nervous! The lady I talked to on the phone was kinda rude but I guess that's how people like us get treated in the beginning. I will update again after I get settled there. Hope this works!

For a methadone clinic this is by far the cleanest fastest and has the best clientele of any that I have seen and the will give you take-homes when you do good. Verry Nice five star all the way.
