I have worked there almost 24 yrs.

wonserful staff in out patient surgery. I was scheduled for a 12:30 pm surgery. Literally expected to be home by 2 eating and hanging out, but surgery didn’t start until 7:30 pm. I sat in a bed in a room for 7 long boring hours. The nursing staff could not have been bett. Rachel and Rex were awesome. Genuinely care about people, wasn’t part of the job to be compassionate or even a decent person, but they were great. Every day they go to work, they meet people having a bad day. That has to get old, but it doesn’t show, those two and the anesthesiologist were great, genuine people, who clearly like, possibly love their jobs. Tells me their management might be people that are there for the right reasons also. I had to wait so long because the surgery before me had complications. Yes, it sucked sitting in a room for 7 hours doing nothing, but the people are phenomenal, and tried to go above and beyond to accommodate me! Thank you

I recently delivered our baby here via cecerian and I cannot say enough about the staff!! I have previously delivered at two other hospitals and due to change in doctor came here. The quality of care given was second to none, the nurses were knowledgeable, friendly and always asking if there was anything else they could help with. The food was actually very good and they came around daily with other snacks and goodies. The security was very tight for the newborns and visitors trying to enter the area. I would absolutely recommend this hospital for maternity care!! Thank you for making our stay so amazing!

It’s been 2 months since I delivered my baby girl. The hospital was amazing!!! My first time coming to medical city but the experience was great!! The years were very helpful and attended to my needs. I highly recommend coming !

We took our toddler hear for an outpatient surgery and had an excellent experience-from admissions to discharge, this place treated us very well. And, I think they actually LIKED their job! Also, I did some pricing around the greater Dallas area for ear tubes and this place was the least expensive, so bonus!

I've been excruciating pain for 3 to 4 days I finally broke down and went to the emergency room my Lower in abdomen was hurting so badd and I was so scared. They got me in gave me a CT scan I was in-and-out and a hour and a 1/2 and I had diverticulitis which is way better than what it could have been very courteous very quick thank you

I love the medical community here they know what they are doing and they take great care of you. We are expecting a new born baby girl and we are coming to deliver at this hospital we love .. Thank you guys .... You all rock ....😍

This hospital needs to treat people with respect and courtesy and kindness.and loyalty.

I cannot say enough about the amazing care I got there. I was brought in via ambulance to the ER after suffering hypoglycemia episode. Not only did they take amazing care of me, but went far and beyond and fed/entertained my 3.5 year old to comfort since he was with me the whole time until I was discharged. This was my second experience there, and honestly, you guys are our hospital of choice! Thank you for your professionalism, compassion and for a great experience.

Hospital service was amazing, especially a nurse named Claire. She tried to make our wait at the hospital as comfortable as possible. Very happy and impressed, as she supported us the whole wait.

I had my baby at Medical City McKinney. It was a great experience all around. The labor and delivery nurses did a great job advocating for me and my birth plan. My stay was clean and comfortable. The nurses responded quickly to call lights and the nursery took amazing care of our baby. I would definitely go back there for care.

I had to take my mother here when she was visiting and had an asthma attack. The staff was attentive, and knowledgeable, but not very courteous. The wait times are sorta long, and the patients seemed a little agitated, which made me concerned about our safety. This may have been why the staff was callous. I might have chosen Baylor had I known about that. My mother was an E.R. nurse in the Bronx, and an Air Force R.N. for 40+ years and is hard to please. She didn't complain all that much so it made it easier on me.

I had my baby here 4 days ago. The labor and delivery floor treated me excellent. Mrs Hillary RN went above and beyond for me before and after labor Erin RN also was amazing and Mrs Kim the supervisor even called to check on me days after. I cannot say enough good about this hospital. They treated me like family. I would always come here, i trust this hospital with my life and my family. Love you all!!
